Meet Tim and Randy
During the pandemic, as with everyone else, Randy and Tim were undergoing some pretty dramatic shifts in their lives.
Randy had been in the home improvement industry doing everything from windows, doors, siding, add-ons, and more for his customers over the last 40+ years. Randy has always focused on quality work and exceeding his customer’s expectations.
Tim has been an entrepreneur since he was 8 years old and started many different businesses. He learned from his parents the importance of great customer service and always used technology to enhance his business, not take away from the experience.
Together, Randy and Tim started Brilliance Windows to provide the best customer service, with the best products at the best price point available. They replace windows and doors for their customers in the Johnson County and Kansas City areas and look forward to working with you.

No. We do not charge for an estimate, and you are free to use our measurements or share them with any other contractors.

We’ve been in the home improvement industry for more than 40 years. We’ve done siding installation, interior remodeling, patios, windows, doors and more. We’ve decided to focus on Windows and door replacement as it’s the quickest way to increase the comfort and value of your home.

We hire and train our own in-house crews to do any work. As a family-owned business, we take great pride in our service and reputation.

As owners, we currently visit every job to make sure installations are going splendidly. Upon completion of the installation, it is reviewed by us to make sure the installation exceeds your expectations.

We do use a specific window brand, Wincore. Wincore was established in 2007. Wincore Windows exceed our expectations in both quality and price. We’ve used and feel confident in the lifetime guarantee.

If damage occurs due to our installation we will include painting services to repair.
We offer painting services (for an additional fee) if the removal of storm windows or areas that are revealed after installation could use touchups.

This is easy. Just call, email or text us. We have a ticketing system with a 24 hour response time. Once we’ve narrowed down the issue, we’ll send someone out right away to verify and start working toward a fix.

Depending on the project size, we may request a deposit with the signing of the agreement.

With the industry-wide supply chain issues, manufacturing of the windows fluctuates between 6-12 weeks. Once the windows have been completed and delivered to the local distributor, we aim to complete your installation within 2 weeks.
